Why Landscape Lighting Maintenance?

We recommend having your Landscape Lighting System checked up twice a year and heres why:

Winters in the midwest can be brutal on lighting systems.  Snow build up and removal often can knock fixtures out of alignment. The extreme freeze and thaw cycles can pop stakes out of the ground and expose buried low voltage cables to the elements.

Over time wear and tear can accumulate on a Landscape Lighting system.  Bulbs can burn out and fixtures can become dirty effectivily diminishing your lighting.  As you landscape grows the lighting must be adjusted to maintain the best look.

Below is a list of the maintenance services we provide:

• Replace all burnt out lamps

• Rebury any wire that becomes exposed

• Check for proper voltage at fixtures

• Check over transformer

• Trim and Maintain any plantings that hinders light path

• Relocate fixture locations as needed

• Check and reset timers if needed

• Clean all fixtures

• Readjust all fixtures as needed

• Service calls are based on Time & Materials

• Hourly Rate is $89/Hour

• Most simple service calls are done in an hour or less
